I was thinking... perhaps an "Open House"? We could do a spring or fall drill, invite perspective members, have a cookout....

I'm all for a cook out. There are two types of people in this world - those who eat to live and theose who live to eat. I'm in the latter catagory. Instead of calling it an "open house" - how about a "recruiting drive?"
