Affiliation/Insurance

Brothers & Sisters,

Based on the information I have gotten from the Valley Division regarding its philosophies & expectations, your feedback, & the availability of liability insurance, I have, on our behalf, accepted the Valley Divisions offer of affiliation. We are now part of the Kanawa Artillery, 4th Battalion.
This will not effect our day to day operations our your events.

If you want to be insured under the Valley Division policy, it will be $12.00 per head for the upcoming year. (That is based on their coverage last year. Any over charges will be covered out of the unit Treasury).

I will need (in addition to the $12.00) the full name of the person to be covered & current contact information to include address & phone. I need this ASAP
